Ok, so now I'm full of it. Just because I did EXACTLY what she said. Well, everyone already knows that i'm full of it. They just can't decide what it is. oh, well. Today, Julie slept for 3 hours. She really enjoyed it. I had a meeting at church that went long but it was a good meeting. Our second meeting for our financial peace university class was about budgeting. So Julie and I get to sit down and do a budget. We'll see if there is any money left to actually turn the lights on in the morning after that. Hopefully there will be. I like lights. I can see stuff with lights on. Also, with Christelle's wedding at the end of April, Jared's graduation in the middle of May and Aaron's wedding at the end of May, it's going to be a busy and expense time of the year. But that is what family is all about. We are more than happy to do these things for family. Cuz we love you guys. And Christelle you are close enough to family to count. Well, Rachel just got off the plane so that means that Pizza Sunday is about to commence. Bye for now.

Awwwwwwww.......Friday....

I don't think I can even tell you how happy I am that it is Friday. I am looking forward to the possibility of sleeping in tomorrow, although, it might not happen.

So, back in January (or maybe it was February I can't remember) I was leaving my house on Yeoman's Road heading toward Judge Ely to go to work at Highland Church of Christ. There is a stop sign at the end of Yeomans's on Judge Ely. I will admit that especially on this particular day it was not a full and complete stop. And it just so happened that on this particular day that there was a City of Abilene Police Officer sitting just north of this intersection by the storage building. And just as I pulled out, so did he!! I knew that he had me but I would never have guessed that I would actually get a ticket for this minor infraction of the law, right? WRONG!!! He told me that I hadn't stopped fully and gave me a ticket, only like the 3rd one ever!

So, it looks like my morning of sleeping in tomorrow may be altered to include a day of Defensive Driving. I want to get it over with, but don't want to all at the same time. I guess that Sean may convice me otherwise and force me to go do it. Plus, it's at Betty Rosa's and it includes lunch!

Almost April....

I know that no one ever read our other blog, and I figured that writing in a blog could help me get to writing again, help vent some frustrations and let others know what is going on with the Wehrly's.

Change is the word around our house these days!! I'm talking major changes like keeping upwith the laundry, doing the dishes the night they get dirty, picking up the living room. It hasn't been easy and this week has been rough since I rebeled one night and it doesn't even look like I ever cleaned the kitchen ever. We are also taking Financial Peace University and I think that it is going to be really good for us. We need some help somewhere with our moo-la and we both really felt that God was leading us to take this class at church. It should be good. I will write more as the class advances.

Another thing we are doing is exercising. And our wonderful dog, Harley, is the reason for this. He LOVES to go for walks and just is so sad when we don't take him. So, that is motivation enough to get us going and on the road to be less of a person than we are right now. Another motivator for me is if I ever want to get pregnant, I'm going to have to lose weight and a lot of it. Plus that would help the high blood pressure and everything else. So, wish us luck!!!
